How it works

  1. We read the property (free, about a minute): government data at your exact coordinates.
  2. We read the land itself from public maps: the aerial, tree cover, the ground's rise and fall, streams and ponds, and the parcel line where a free layer exists.
  3. You answer about a dozen questions, and on the aerial you place the house and check the line. Skip any of it and we show you exactly what we'll assume.
  4. You see the shape of your plan, then unlock the Homestead Plan.
